Huawei launches the MateBook D14 SE laptop

A new laptop from Huawei, the MateBook D14 SE 2024 edition, was recently unveiled. This device features a 14-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio.


The screen occupies 90% of the laptop's body, thanks to its slim bezels and 3.5mm thickness. The laptop boasts an anti-glare screen that prevents light reflections, reducing eye strain. This screen has received Rheinland certification for lower blue light emissions.


In terms of internal specifications, the laptop is powered by a 13th-gen Intel Core i5 13420H processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD storage. The laptop delivers exceptional performance, capable of decompressing a 1GB file in just 5 seconds.


The laptop supports Wi-Fi 6 networks, providing high speeds and coverage of up to 270 meters. It also features a battery that can last up to six hours of heavy office work and supports 65W fast charging.


The device comes with a sleek aluminum design, weighing 1.39 kilograms, and measuring 15mm in thickness. It is equipped with a webcam that utilizes artificial intelligence to enhance images, convert audio to written text, and provide real-time translation during calls.
