MSI Announces the World's First Screen with EyesErgo Technology

MSI, a Computer Hardware Specialist, Introduces the PRO MP251 Monitor

MSI, a company specializing in computer components and screens, has introduced its latest release, the PRO MP251 monitor. It is the world's first 24.5-inch screen with a rapid 100Hz refresh rate, equipped with EyesErgo technology.

This screen represents a significant improvement in the user experience, increasing workspace by 5% after expanding the screen size from 23.8 inches to 24.5 inches. This change has a positive impact on user productivity in work environments, whether in the office or at home.

The monitor also boasts a high refresh rate of 100Hz and incorporates EyesErgo eye protection technology, making it an ideal choice for professionals and those who spend long hours in front of the screen.

MSI carefully chose the monitor size based on extensive research and discovered that the 24.5-inch size is optimal for providing comfort and focus within the human field of vision when the screen is placed at a distance ranging from 60 to 80 cm from the eyes. This helps reduce distractions and enhances focus on tasks.

The screen offers numerous advantages for eye comfort, including the EyesErgo technology that reduces blue light damage and screen flicker. Additionally, the Eye-Q Check feature allows users to perform self-tests for their eye health.

This feature provides additional eye protection by offering means to detect eye fatigue and eye health levels. These tests include the Amsler grid test, Astigmatism test, and Pose Check test.

The monitor also comes with a swift 100Hz refresh rate, eliminating screen flicker and reducing eye strain during extended use.

In addition to these features, the screen comes with built-in 2-watt speakers and supports wall mounting according to VESA standards.

Screen specifications include an IPS panel with a display resolution of 1080x1920 pixels, a brightness rate of up to 300 nits per square meter, a contrast ratio of up to 1300:1, a response time of up to 4 milliseconds, true 8-bit color depth, and an sRGB color range of 101%. The screen comes with an HDMI 1.4b port, a D-Sub (VGA) port, and a headphone jack.

Unfortunately, MSI has not yet disclosed the price of the screen or its availability date in the market.
