Microsoft releases a new Windows update addressing several critical vulnerabilities



Microsoft has announced a new update for Windows systems, aiming to address several security vulnerabilities in those systems.

According to information published by Microsoft on their official websites, the new security update is designed to fix 104 different software vulnerabilities in Windows systems.

Among these vulnerabilities, 45 are related to the ability of hackers to execute remote code. Out of these vulnerabilities, 12 are considered critical and could be exploited to compromise computer devices.

Additionally, the update has addressed 26 software issues related to Windows privileges, along with 17 vulnerabilities related to denial of service problems.

Among the vulnerabilities that have been addressed, it's worth mentioning CVE-2023-41763, which is related to privileges in the Skype for Business application.

CVE-2023-36563, a security vulnerability in Windows associated with the Microsoft WordPad program, has also been addressed. CVE-2023-44487 has been resolved as well.
